If your product is damaged, defective, or not as advertised we make sure you get the best possible solution, plus we are here to hear from you about how to improve our returns & refund procedures.
Canceling Your Order
Orders can be canceled before they are processed & shipped to you. If you have paid for your item(s) and need to cancel/change the order, then kindly contact us with 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has completed, we can no longer process order cancelations.
To ensure the highest level of satisfaction you can request a refund in case:
- You do not receive products within the guaranteed time (45 days not including processing time)
- You receive the wrong item(s)
- You receive damaged items
- You don’t need and wish to return the product
- You must return items while bearing the mailing costs
- The item must be unused & NOT damaged in anyway
We do NOT issue a refund in case:
- Your order does not arrive due to wrong information being provided (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order does not arrive due to unique situations that we do not control, e.g. not cleared by your local customs agencies, shipping delayed by a natural disaster etc.
